Dr. Ziegler - the head of MBI's Consortium, whose success in modern alchemy has proven valuable to those who want to use (or abuse) the ability to sustain life beyond its natural limits.
While combat is not one of Dr. Ziegler's strong points, he is very adept at medicine due to his experience with modern alchemy and a search for a "Cure" for death. He's capable enough to plow through a group of Base Zombies, but may show his weaknesses when confronted by the stronger Undead mutations. Nevertheless, his loss of faith in mankind will prove to be his greatest asset - unflinchingly pulling the trigger on a living corpse no matter how personally close they were in life.
